I support high-performing professionals in navigating complex transitions with clarity, confidence, and sound decision-making.
Hi, Iβm
LeAnn Lazar
Executive Life & Relationship Coach
At 41, my life took an unexpected turn. I found myself navigating divorce, raising two young boys, and grieving the family I thought would last forever.
That season required more than survivalβit demanded growth. Through deep personal work, coaching, and therapy, I learned how to build emotional resilience, regulate my emotions, and make clear, aligned decisions during uncertainty. What felt like chaos became a powerful catalyst for clarity and transformation.
One of the most profound challenges has been long-term co-parenting with an ex-husband living with ALSβa journey that strengthened my capacity for grounded leadership, compassion, and emotional stability.
Out of this transition emerged a second career I never anticipated after 40. I pivoted quickly, stepping fully into my strengths as a sales leader, strategist, and communicator. Drawing from over twenty-five years in the entertainment industry, a foundation in psychology and wellness, and more than a decade of coaching experience, I now support clients through their own pivotal life moments.
Today, as an Executive Life & Relationship Coach, I help individuals break through limiting beliefs, cultivate emotional resilience, and create authentic relationshipsβguiding them toward lives that feel purposeful, empowered, and deeply fulfilling.
Consider the Direction You Want to Lead Yourself Toward
There are moments when capable, high-performing people reach a threshold.
Not because something is wrong, but because what worked before no longer fits. Complexity increases, stakes rise, and clarity becomes harder to maintain.
This is where my coaching work is most effective. I support you in cutting through noise, pressure, and competing demands so you can think clearly, make sound decisions, and move forward with steadiness and intention from where you are now into whatβs next.
