It wasn’t easy. My path was messy, uncertain, and at times overwhelming. But through that journey, I discovered the tools, mindset shifts, and clarity that allowed me to realign with who I truly am—and rebuild a life that feels purposeful and empowering.
With 25 years in the modeling industry, a background in psychology and wellness, and more than 10 years of life coaching experience, I combined personal healing with professional expertise to find clarity and confidence again.
